Ordering procedure:

The general ordering procedure is to get in touch with us at contact@lapstick.com . We can send you pictures of what we have in stock and if we don't have what you are looking for we can tell you how long it will take to get it. Once you have made your decision we will mail you an order confirmation that contains all details and all the information necessary to make the payment. The number of your order confirmation is also the serial number of your instrument.

 
 

Payments :

There are several ways to pay for your Lapstick; choose one which is most convenient for you.

By Pay Pal : 

If you have a Paypal account, and possibly a credit card linked to this account, then payment is very easy and safe. Our Pay Pal account is specified on the order confirmation.  We accept 3 types of currencies via our pay pal account , US$ - Euro – GBP.

By credit card:

You can pay with any major credit card by clicking on the buy now button and follow the instructions. However credit cards which are linked to Pay Pal accounts cannot be used for this way of payment, if your credit card is linked to a Pay Pal account you will then have to use the Pay Pal payment way. Payment by credit card is in US$ only.

 
 

Direct credit to bank.

In case you would like to pay by direct bank transfer then we will advise you all our bank details for payment on the order confirmation.

Price:

The standard Lapstick costs :

•  €530 (EURO), $695 (USD), and £475 (GBP).

Shipping is $35, €25, and £20 respectively for registered priority post. We recommend this method of shipping which usually takes between 9 and 12 days .

International courier service is also possible. Price and delivery time are dependent on the destination. Delivery times of 3 to 5 days are normal, the price is generally US$100,= or higher.

In any case as soon as we ship we will inform you with the bar code number of the package. We will be in touch with you around expected delivery time to make sure the shipment has arrived in good order.
