Ordering procedure
The general ordering procedure is to get in touch with me at contact@lapstick.com. I can send you pictures of what's in stock and if I don't have what you are looking for, I can tell you how long it will take to get it. Once you have made your decision, you will receive an order confirmation that contains all details and all the information necessary to make the payment. The number of your order confirmation is also the serial number of your instrument.
Payment
There are several ways to pay for your Lapstick; choose one which is most convenient for you.
PayPal
If you have a Paypal account, and possibly a credit card linked to this account, then payment is very easy and safe. My PayPal account is specified on the order confirmation. 3 types of currencies are accepted: US $, Euro € and GBP £.
Credit card
You can pay with any major credit card by clicking on the buy now button and following the instructions. However, credit cards which are linked to PayPal accounts cannot be used for this way of payment. If your credit card is linked to a PayPal account you will then have to use the PayPal payment method. Payment by credit card is in US$ only.
Direct credit to bank
In case you would like to pay by direct bank transfer, then I will disclose to you all my bank details for payment on the order confirmation.
Prices
Lapstick guitar and Shipping costs will be notified via email for local or international destinations. Costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country. Delivery times of 3 to 5 days are normal, sometimes takes 9-12 days for international shipping
In any case as soon as I ship I will inform you with the bar code number of the package. I will be in touch with you around expected delivery time to make sure the shipment has arrived in good order.
